        so here we go.
My front end that needs alot of bog.

        32+36 mm of weber goodness!

my lovely interior/centre console note suede shift gater and tartan insert

My first boggin attempt, already smoothed and primered.

          as she's lookin atm

Sorry everyone. I did remove the sunvisor. Makes the car look sooOOOO much better tho IMO, and I was worried that it was going to start rusting my rainsills.

Thats it for now. Was going to start on the door today, but not in this weather.

I'm not too worried about that big ding, it'll be hard to see with the bumper on, Im more worried about the middle bit where the grey paint is and along there, cause that's still bent in. I still have some panel smashing to do there, bu there will still be a lot of boggin to do.
Also under the RH light thats needs to be filled too. oh well. fun fun.

You won't be able to get a dolly down that far in the panel. You'll only get it down as far as the press line.

When my beater was stoved in, I used a brick cutter & hammer to get the line back & all it needed was a tiny skim of filler

I'm with you though. Don't just bog it up Jarred.

I'd try & pull as much as possible out. Even if you need to take it somewhere to have it pulled.

Didn't do to much today; fiddle with a few things, discovered I need a half moon linkage for my weber and also primered up the things I did yesterday.

Start off the the neater joining gear shift gaitor:

                  masked up ready to go:

Also took my door off yesterday to start the rust killing process, but I might give this one a miss...

and a close up (it's a bit blurry i know)

Seems someone else had already had a crack at boggin and fixing the door... I'm not sure it worked too well tho...

Also something else I whipped up yesterday - Flat black cheese cutter anyone?? Doesn't suit my yellow I dont think; but I am keeping the hoola girl

Lucky me I get to use the garage during the day while my parents are at work, it's flat smooth and clean(ish), beats the scaffold and tarp in the background:

Ok then... Each time our Mk1 has had damged its been a whole new front... We only have one genuine front left

From the looks it seems to be lower than normal so id keep the black chees cutters and try and get it lower again

hehe yes it was slightly illegal, not so good considering you can hear my induction noise from 2 blocks away and i wasnt floggin it
i've ripped off the front bumper and all the front guards, going to redo it all.
